Brief History of Company Background and Experience

Alaska Testing Logistic LLC was officially established on September 28, 2021, and began full operations in January 2025, following a comprehensive period of planning, certification, and the development of internal compliance protocols to ensure readiness from day one.

While newly operational, the company builds on over a decade of extensive experience in the drug and alcohol testing industry. Founder and CEO Thanee Morales has been involved in DOT and Non-DOT testing services since 2014, starting as a DOT-certified collector and later advancing to roles including Third-Party Administrator (TPA) and Medical Review Assistant (MRA). In her previous role, she coordinated with SAMHSA-certified laboratories and supported the Medical Review Officer in managing donor communications and reporting final verified test results—experience that built a strong foundation in regulatory compliance and program management.

Thanee has also assisted in numerous federal and state compliance audits, providing recordkeeping and documentation support as a TPA. She has helped employers prepare for inspections and audits by ensuring proper documentation, test result tracking, and adherence to program requirements—developing a strong understanding of audit-readiness standards across multiple regulatory frameworks.

Today, Alaska Testing Logistic LLC offers fully integrated testing solutions through partnerships with i3screen, which provides MRO services, laboratory testing, and secure electronic result reporting. This allows the company to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely services across a wide geographic area.

Our main office is located in Fairbanks, Alaska; however, we provide testing services for clients throughout the state, including Anchorage, Juneau, and Wasilla. In addition, nationwide coverage is available through our extended partner network via i3screen.
